Joe HO ( 何國偉 ) earned his first master degree in Art, Media & Design in 2003 and his Master of Business Administration degree in 2008. By balancing both art development and project management experience, Joe has participated in various cultural projects of the Hong Kong art and creative industries. Joe was the Creative Director of the Hong Kong Freeflow Art Festival in 2001, he was also a core committee member of the Hong Kong Media Education Resources Web in 2005, and a member of Asian Young Designers Association (AYDA).
